2. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND COOKIES
We collect information through technology to better serve you. When you use our services or contact us or our service providers, we and, sometimes, our partners collect information about you and how you interact with the services. Below are some of the ways we collect this information. When you visit our services, we gather your Internet Protocol (IP) address. While an IP address can show your ISP or location, it doesn’t reveal your identity on its own. 3. INFORMATION FROM OR ABOUT OTHER PARTIES
1 Information You Provide About An External Party
Referrals
If you use our referral service to tell your friend about the Services, we will collect your friend's name and email address. We will send a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our website. We retain that information for the sole purpose of sending that one-time e-mail and tracking the success of our referral program. Unless you consent or otherwise state, we will only send it in other marketing respects. Understand that, when referring to a friend, an e-mail address used by you may be included in your friend's message.
Ratings
The Services may display profiles of service professionals who are part of our network. This may include but is not limited to, the professional's name, together with ratings and reviews provided by customers of that professional. These profiles may be displayed to any user of the Services and on the websites of our booking partners.
You can also rate and review service professionals or service requests through the Services. When you leave a rating or review, we may publish your first name, the initial of your last name, and your neighborhood name with your feedback on the service professional's profile and our booking partners' websites. Service professionals may also use your ratings, reviews, and other information that you share publicly in their promotions.
2. Information External Parties Provide About You
We may also combine the information we collect about you through the Services with information that we collect from third parties. This will help us serve you better, customize our content for your needs and desires, and give you information that we think would interest you.
3. Information You Provide to a Third-Party / Third-Party Sites
The Services contain links to other websites operated by third parties ("Third-Party Sites") and include plug-ins, like Twitter buttons, from these sites. We have no control over such Third-Party Sites and are not responsible for any information they collect. Each Third-Party Site has its privacy policy, so we recommend you read it if you decide to provide personally identifiable information or click on a plug-in.
Some Third-Party Sites may link to our Services and share information with us. For example, if you book our service through one of our booking partners, you would be required to provide details such as name, phone number, email address, and the address where you would like to be booked. The booking partner might then share this information with us.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
1 Message Interception
If you dial or send an SMS (text message) to the service professional or the service requester using the phone number allocated to gogetfix, our service provider. For purposes of the foregoing end, gogetfix receives and stores real-time call data including the date and time of the call or text, phone numbers of both parties, as well as contents of the text message.
If you send an application message to a service professional or a service requester via the App, it is our communication with one another through gogetfix, our service provider, as well as storing the data of all messages in real-time, including the date and time.
2. SMS Text Messaging Disclosure
Any use of our Services by you gives us the right to send communications to you at the mobile number you provide to us. Please note that standard text messaging fees from your carrier will apply to the messages we send. By providing your consent, you acknowledge that you may receive a variety of messages, including marketing communications generated from automatic dialing systems that deliver pre-recorded messages. Such messages may be sent by or on behalf of GOGETFIX, affiliated companies, or our Users/Professionals. This includes critical account and Service updates, aside from news on features, promotions, and general news about GOGETFIX and the industry.
You agree and acknowledge that you have no obligation to accept receiving marketing communications to use our Services. You agree to tell us immediately if the phone number associated with your account is not now active. You agree and acknowledge that you have all the necessary consents of any authorized users of your account for them to receive the messages from us as outlined here. You also agree that all consents given above shall be effective until your account is canceled.
You may opt out of any promotional or marketing text messages at any time. If you want to STOP all text messages, including promotional information text messages, you may reply "STOP" to any text message we send you. Please note that opting out of all messages will impair how you use our Services.
5. INFORMATION RETENTION
We hold the personal information referred to above for as long as we need it for the purposes identified in this Policy or as authorized by law. This normally means that we'll retain the information for one of the following purposes:

You may also designate an authorized agent to request on your behalf. However, we will require you to confirm your identity with us before processing the request. All requests we receive will be subject to an identity and residency verification process titled "Verifiable Consumer Request." We will not then act upon your request unless you provide us with sufficient information for us to verify that you are the consumer to whom we collected your Personal Information.

Right to Request Erasure of Personal Information: As relates to the above right, you have the right to require us to erase the Personal Information we have collected directly from you and still maintain. However, please note that we may have legal reasons to continue keeping some of the Personal Information even after requesting it to be deleted.
Opt-Out Rights: You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information through tracking technologies (like cookies) on our Site by clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of the Site. Notice of Financial Incentive
Periodically, we will offer programs that offer rewards to those who enroll. To enroll, you will be required to provide some personally identifying information, such as identifiers like an e-mail address, phone number, or zip code. Where you enroll, the full terms and conditions of our programs will be stated.
We approximate the value of your Personal Information shared in connection with our Programs by treating it as equal to the associated costs of obtaining and maintaining said information. You may be offered, you agree to any financial incentives associated with joining our Programs. You may withdraw from these incentives at any time by leaving our Programs as we instruct.

Along with the CCPA, California's Shine the Light law gives California customers the right to know what types of personal information we collect and how that information is "shared" with third parties as that term is defined under this law, and in some cases, affiliates where sharing is for the third parties' or affiliates' direct marketing purposes. GoGetFix is headquartered in the United States. When you use our Services from outside of the U.S. or otherwise interact with us from outside the U.S., please be aware that any personally identifiable information that you may provide to us will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, and will be subject to U.S. law, which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the laws in your country of residence. Bear in mind that privacy laws outside of the United States may be different once your personal information leaves that country or the area in which you reside. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will treat your personal information responsibly and maintain appropriate safeguards in place as outlined in this Policy.
